Background
Personality: Though friendly on the surface, Bianca always has an agenda and her mood can change at the tip of a hat. When this happens, she becomes cold, calculating and manipulative.
History: Bianca, like all her kind, is actually a repulsive monster inside the flesh of a beautiful woman. Harry earned her wrath by coming armed into her house during the investigation of one of her prostitutes' deaths, which climaxed with him attacking her with a handkerchief filled with sunshine. This injured her so that she needed to feed, and she fed too deeply on her favorite servant and killed her. She hated him for that, and blamed him for the death of her friend.
Bianca's hate for Harry (and the White Council as a whole) grew and She eventually began conspiring with the Leanansidhe and Black Court vampires. She held a masquerade ball and invited Harry with the intention of goading him into a fight, thus allowing her to kill him and possibly sparking off a war with the wizards. When that attempt failed and he ended up burning and killing many of the vampires, Bianca turned Harry's girlfriend Susan into a half-vampire, and said that she will forgive him all his past actions, but will keep Susan for herself. Susan eventually broke free from her hold and escaped to South America, joining the Fellowship of St. Giles.
Though unsuccessful in her attempts, Bianca's plan was somewhat successful, however, as tensions between the courts and the White Council intensified due to Harry's involvement in the Red Court's affairs.
Strengths: Bianca is almost as manipulative as a White Court vampire, plotting in great detail to get what she wants. As a Red Court Vampire, Biance feeds on the blood of her victims to sustain her. Along with tooth and claw, her saliva contains a narcotic which keeps her victims in thrall.
Weakeness: Bianca often underestimates Harry and it has cost her dearly in the past.
Weapons: Tooth, claw and a narcotic saliva, as well as the ability to shed her human guise, revealing the monster she truly is within.
Other Information: Bianca once took in Harry many years ago while he was on the run from the White Council, and even arranged safe passage elsewhere with little apparent intention of using it against him. For a time, she was sexually involved with Harry.
